Wazobia FM is a privately owned commercial station, specialising in communication in grassroots formats i.e in Pidgin English (Patois) and indigenous languages, in a skilful, humorous but cerebral manner.

It operates from stations in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano and was the first station to adopt this unique but highly effective communication trategy.
