Reverend Vusi Shiba

Bio

Reverend Vusi Shiba is a gospel artist from Swaziland. He is the founder of the now defunct group Shiba and Travelers. He toured a number of African countries together with the group. Shiba had always had a passion for singing. He started playing music instruments at a very tender age. In 1998, he had already written a few songs but didn’t release the album owing to financial challenges. In 2000, he managed to release an album which featured the hit song ‘Indaba Yesphambano’. Since then, he released more than ten albums such as ‘Qaphela impungushe’, ‘Inhliziyo Yomuntu Yimbi’, ‘Divine Healing Ministry’ (released on 12 may 2012) and many others. His musical journey has been clouded by controversies, but he has remained united.
