Bio
Erick Kristal est un artiste béninois qui fait du reggae et qui est établi en Italie.
Il se fera très vite remarquer dans son pays d'accueil, de par l'originalité de son reggae et la tonalité de ses textes qui ne cessent secouer les consciences.
Fin passionné de musique, Erick Kristal s’est vu gratifier d’une première guitare, un don l’Eglise qu’il fréquentait pendant son adolescence à Porto-Novo. Influencé par Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, il se fait la main dans des groupes qu’il forme avec ses camarades de classe et de quartier.
Titulaire d’une licence en programmation de gestion en informatique dans les années 97, il occupe des postes de programmeur et d’enseignant en Informatique dans des instituts bien connu à Porto-Novo.
En 2000, il se rend en Europe, plus précisément en Italie, où il dépose sa valise pour poursuivre sa carrière musicale. Il parcourt alors plusieurs formations dont le « Madingo Style » avec l'ivoirien Abou.
De 2000 à 2023, il multiplie les productions et les scènes en Italie.
