XFACTOR XFT (real name Jeremy Lumbanya Tonga) is a Zambian rapper, singer, and songwriter whose music blends raw lyricism, melodic finesse, and unfiltered emotion. Born on January 22, 2002, in Kitwe and raised in Lusaka’s notorious Chibolya compound, XFACTOR XFT has emerged as one of the country’s most promising independent hip hop artists.

Known for his unique sound and fearless delivery, XFACTOR XFT began writing music as a teenager, channeling his personal struggles, social observations, and ambition into his lyrics. Growing up in Chibolya, an area often associated with poverty, crime, and neglect, gave him firsthand experience with hardship—and that reality is deeply woven into the fabric of his music.

His work spans multiple subgenres—from conscious rap and drill to trap and melodic hip hop—often highlighting themes of self-belief, pain, purpose, and survival.
