Bio

Pheelz (real name Phillip Moses) is a Nigerian producer known mostly for his collaborations with rapper Olamide. He is also called Mr Producer. Born in 1994, the producer hails from Ogun state in southwest Nigeria. He played the piano in church and acquired the moniker Pheel from his chemistry teacher. Olamide later added the terminal ‘z’. Among his influences are Americans Timbaland and Dr Dre as well as his compatriots, Id Cabasa, Cobhams and Don Jazzy.

He was introduced to Olamide through the producer ID Cabasa, sparking his rise in the industry. The collaboration has marked Olamide’s solo CDs and the collaboration with rapper Phyno ‘2 Kings’ (2015). ‘Eleda Mi,’ and ‘Durosoke,’ are among Olamide’s hit songs produced by Pheelz. The relationship between producer and singer yielded every song on Olamide’s award winning ‘Baddest Guy Ever Liveth’ album (2013) and 16 of the 22 songs on his fourth ‘Street OT’ (2014).

Pheelz has also worked with rap group Show Dem Camp and rapper Vector. As a solo artist Pheelz has released a few singles including ‘Son of Abraham’ featuring Olamide.
