Skales

Skales, whose real name is Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, is a Nigerian rapper.

Born in 1991 and raised in Kaduna, he signed with Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) in 2009 after coming tops for a region at a national talent competition. Subsequently he released a few singles including 'Mukulu' which became his first major hit.

Mukulu was produced by Sarz, with whom he collaborated on the EME compilation album, Empire Mates State of Mind (2012). The album featured label-mates Wizkid, Niyola, Shaydee and label head Banky W.
Skales departed to establish OHK Music after a disagreement with EME without releasing a solo album.

He then scored his biggest hit 'Shake Body' (2014). The song was included in Skale's debut album, Man of the Year (2015).
