Call for scores: European Recording Orchestra
24 Apr 2025 - 07:42
Composers around the world are invited to submit original scores for adjudication by a jury of over a dozen industry professionals, curated by the Film Scoring Academy of Europe and the European Recording Orchestra (ERO), for the chance to win incredible prizes and studio recording sessions of their music.
Entrants will stand a chance to compete against other composers from their respective continents for a chance to make it to your continent’s leader board. The winners from each continent will go head to head in the final round to determine the global grand prize winner.
- Composers should submit music of any instrumentation.
- There are no restrictions on instrumentation, duration, style, or the composer’s age, ethnicity or experience. They should submit examples of their best music.
- Composers should submit more than one piece and let their creative voice speak for them. Adjudication takes into account the composer's unique compositional voice as displayed across multiple submissions.
- Composers must submit a PDF and mp3 of their music via the form below. MP3s can be notation software audio renderings, MIDI mock-ups or live recorded audio.
