Through the programme, participants will :
- Get collaboration opportunities.
- Gain confidence and personal brand.
- Have access to space to clarify and achieve your career goals.
“Networking events can be jarring for many people and inefficient. We want to create a personalised solution to help everyone achieve their goals and create a more diverse workforce,” I Like Networking said.
”Only 54% of women have access to mentors, so we are on a mission to change that and work towards gender equality. This programme aims to tackle the severe lack of diversity in the industry.”
How to register
Interested participants should create an UnderPinned account here and develop a portfolio for their application. They will then need to fill the application form here and submit it with the portfolio’s link.
