Call for applications: Zimbabwe German Society grants for creatives
The Zimbabwe German Society (ZGS) is calling on creatives, hubs and festival organisers to apply for its grants of up to €500 (about $590) for digital projects that have a clear social impact story.
The grant is in response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the creative cultural industries in Zimbabwe, and aims to ensure that creatives can access what they require in order to implement projects during the lockdown.
The project's social impact does not need to be related to the COVID-19 pandemic, however, it must benefit surrounding communities where applicants live, ZGS said.
Interested creatives, hubs and festival organisers can apply here before 16 July.
All planned projects should be completed by 30 November. Any files that are uploaded during the application process will be shared outside the organisation that they belong to.
For more information, interested participants can send an email to pr@goetheharare.org or info@goetheharare.or.
