The winners for the Urban Music People (UMP) Media Awards were announced today at Scallas Café in Blantyre, Malawi.

The Radio DJ/Personality of the Year award went Joy Nathu while VJ Ice was awarded the Club DJ of the Year (Male) award. RJ the DJ triumphed in the Club DJ of the Year (Female) category.
