Hailemariam Segewokal Asrat

Hailemariam Segewokal Asrat is an Audio & Visual Engineer and certified Production Assistant. He is experienced in technical field recordings. He has worked in a variety of settings in the post-production/live music, video broadcasting production industry like Tv5, TSR, France 24, Documentary films and Feature Films.

He has excellent working knowledge in the setup of audio visual equipment: 8 - and 12 - channel soundboards, amplifiers, microphones, loudspeakers, and related technology. He has basic knowledge of recording studio operations, Feature film experience in audio and video encoding/decoding, multi-track board operation, boom operating and live film sound mixing.

He has worked as a cameraman on live concert recordings for Tewodros Tadesse, Teddy Afro, among other musicians.

He is able to work with semi-professional and professional photography and video equipment and on video and sound editing suites. He has complete knowledge and usage of: Windows environment 2000, 2003, 2005, 2008, XP pro, Vista and Mac. He can Organize a film crew in a short period of time. He is fluent in French, English, and Ahmaric ( Ethiopian National Language).
