Bra Vim is a Ghanaian Highlife Artist. Songwriter, Vocalist and Performer.
Elijah Nana Yaw Konadu (born July 07, 1994) known by the stage name Bra Vim, is a young Ghanaian highlife musician. He is a multi talented musician who sing, write and make beat (instrumentals).He does a typical Ghanaian highlife music, afrobeat and afropop songs as well as some reggae tunes. He is the first child with one sibling. He hails from Praaso – Konongo in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He started his primary education at Ejisu M/A Model School and continued his secondary level at Konongo Odumasi Senior High School. After completion, He attended Methodist University College, offered Nursing and graduated in 2017. He is currently a licensed Nurse Practitioner at Holy Family Hospital Techiman. His career took off when He was still in the senior High School. He claims he has Vision In Music there abbreviating it into V.I.M, thereby calling himself Bra Vim.
In May 2019, Elijah released his first master single titled Meewu and had some radio air play in his community. It was from then, he got recognition into the music scene and was known by most music industry players in the Bono East Region (Techiman) where he works. He has had multiple nominations from the Bono Ahafo Music Awards (BAMA), Techiman music awards (TMA) among others.
In October 2021, he released his first ever album called the Reincarnation Album which comprises of 10 songs and features eight young artists. Bra Vim is an advocate for the indigenous Highlife music in Ghana.
