Tsholo Rabotsho

When she isn't a creative director in advertising during the day, she's a DJ at night. Based in South Africa, she is recognised for her unpredictable Gqom, Deep House, and nostalgic House sets. Tsholo Rabotsho has left her mark on various platforms, including being featured on Deep House SA's podcast 138 and serving as a regular mix DJ for Gagasi FM, YFM, and YOU FM.

In 2017, Tsholo became the first official DJ of the South African International Film Festival, returning in March 2023. She is also the curator of the lifestyle event, Brunch With Tsholo, highlighted on The Morning Show’s lifestyle segment on eTV in 2022. Beyond her DJ pursuits, Tsholo wears multiple hats as the founder of TR Concepts, a purpose-led creative consultancy responsible for the all-women DJ lineup event, Que Sera Sera. This after-work drinks vibe occurs every last Friday of the month, featuring an all-women DJ lineup curated by Tsholo.

Notably, Tsholo Rabotsho was one of the four South African ambassadors for the Africa Rising Music Conference 2024, where she moderated a panel discussion on 'Women Leading Music Culture' Additionally, Tsholo occasionally lends her husky voice to TV or radio ads, showcasing her versatility as a voice-over artist under the management of Fine Tune Studios.
