Based in Accra ,Ghana , Susan Augustt is a neo-afro soul ,global fusion powerhouse whose raw, emotive vocals seamlessly bridge the intimacy of jazz and funk with the infectious energy of her Ga-Ewe and Ashanti roots. A professional performer for over a decade, she does not just sing: she preserves heritage, weaving English with Twi & Ga to tell stories that resonate across borders. Susan is a defining figure in Ghana’s alternative scene and the founder of the “Augustt in August” concert series, an all female line up event highlighting the women owning their space on stage. A true DIY Force of nature , she successfully self-managed two tours across Germany , proving her business acumen matches her vocal prowess.
Following her vulnerable 2025 EP, 3SIXTY, Susan returns to Europe & beyond with her dynamic band Adorkor. Her new show blends high-octane highlife rhythms with raw , unfiltered storytelling- exploring mental health, self-awareness, and the audacious ambition of an African woman claiming her space on the global stage.
