Sfiso Atomza Biography.
Sfiso Atomza, birth name Sifiso Buthelezi is a 32 year old musician, writer, and aspiring mass communications pundit who hails from the Tsakane township on the east side of Johannesburg. He graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a Communications degree majoring in Sociology and Corporate Communications after which completely immersed himself in the possibility of using artforms, music and writing as a means of a nuanced mass communication. So he started a band. The Muffinz, a collection of musicians from Southern Africa, released the debut album in 2012 and continue till this day. We can confidently say, with our three albums released, we have contributed to the sonic landscape that is South African live music.
A lover of Humans, as well as ideas coming to life, he is a full time producer, consumer and publisher of the arts. His publishing company Aural Sense, est 2011, is working hard at building a unique and versatile African music catalogue for the new age for the benefit of the artists.
