Red Bar Club & Culture

Red Bar Club & Culture is an entertainment venue situated in Newlands Shopping Centre in Harare, Zimbabwe. It is popular in Harare for hosting a number of musicians who regularly perform in Newlands. It was founded in 2010 by local businessman Asa Jogi. Its focus is to provide the people in Harare with a place to call their own. It is also a venue for cultural events, from spoken word festivals and comedy shows to improvised theatre and fashion shows.

Its cheerful exterior is reverberated by the activity inside. Attendees can enjoy beers, cocktails which are sold inside the club. A variety of music is played with sets ranging from modern hip-hop, RnB and soul dating back to the 1980s. The club is opened from Tuesday to Saturday starting 8pm until 3am.
