Lukuni Luzwa Buuka

Lukuni Luzwa Buuka is a celebration of past conquests by the Toka people in the Southern Province of Zambia. It is an annual event held in August. The ceremony brings together chiefs, subjects and people from all backgrounds in union. It brings understanding and tolerance of other people's ways of life and customs. The ceremony is characterized with traditional dancing, singing of traditional songs and drum beating.
