Judagaga

Judagaga is a female rapper from Malawi who signed to Trap Entertainment. She is no doubt one of the best female rappers to emerge out of Malawi. While growing up, signs that she would be a musician were visible. Back then, she would involve herself in music related activities such as church and school choirs. Her interest in music developed her passion.

Her rise to fame materialized when she featured on Revolvers viral song ‘Mbina Mbina’ (December 2011). A week after its release, she was already popular and Excess, another local rapper, invited her to feature on his song.

In 2013, she signed to a record label called Trap Squad Entertainment. The recording stable formed a music group Trap Squad where she was also a member. The group gave her the platform to further develop herself as a musician. That same year, she featured on Trap Squad’s John Chilembwe remix. The song reportedly received over 13,000 views on social network YouTube thus enhancing her already popular career. Local media made reports that she is probably country's best female rapper ever to emerge in the country.

In June 2014, she and Krazy G made an appearance on Revolver's 'Mundione Pano' video. The video was produced by Ron CZ.
