Haimanot Girma

Haimanot Girma was born in Harar, in the early 1980s. She started singing at age 6 while in elementary school by imitating a famous Ethiopian singer. Her mother helped her during the early stages of her career, and is still very supportive up to now.

After Practicing with some Art Clubs and school music teams in Harar she came to Addis to pursue her dream. She faced many challenges along the path to becoming who she is now . She has worked in different night clubs, concerts and Art centers, which enabled her to articulate her vocal range and also earned hera lot of experience.
