Bio

Founded in 2015, El Foukr R'Assembly is an encounter amongst young Algerian underground artists in a far-flung Saharan region stretching over Niger and Algeria.

Shortly afterwards, the group toured Ghana and it took them over a year to crowdfund the month trip.

On 28 October the music outfit released a debut EP titled Look South. Look South was recorded in a makeshift studio which is a stone throw from the Tassili N'Ajjer desert by the oasis of Djanet in far South East Algeria.
