Salaam Status is an A&R at Wanene Entertainment in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. A music enthusiast with a focus in A&R management/ Marketing. For the last 7 years, he has been working on the artistic and commercial development of recording artists and for the past year he was tasked with handling all digital marketing & communication for Wanene Entertainment.

He has worked on marketing campaigns and in an A&R Capacity assisting in creative endeavors FOR various Artists such as Brian Simba, Naomisia, Weusi, & Fredrick Mulla, Mapanch BMB, Frida Amani, Ben Pol, producer collective Umoja sounds, Jah 9 and more.
